Founder
Tom Harb
Tom brings to our team over 30 years of experience and expertise in the construction and development field. Tom graduated with a Civil engineering degree from University of Massachusetts in 1982 and a Masters in Structural engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1983. He then relocated to Orlando and founded his construction firm, Harbco.
Harbco grew into various affiliates from design and construction into development. It continues to be one of the top 25 construction firms in Central Florida.
Tom’s success in the business community has earned him a reputation and the respect of his peers, colleagues, and clients. In addition to leading the construction field, Tom oversees several thriving companies which make Harbco Development.

Heritage Park
Heritage Park is a sprawling community consisting of around 500 homes and plots spread across various neighborhoods, including Oak Arbor, Kings Grant, Chancellor's Ridge, Quail Ridge, New Hope, and The Villas at Heritage Park. This 400-acre master-planned conservation community showcases a diverse selection of single-family homes and townhomes. Residents can opt for homes with serene lake views or those adjacent to preserved areas for maximum privacy.
Construction in Heritage Park began in 2004, offering a range of architectural styles, including one or two-story homes with brick or stucco facades. Perfectly situated off SR 16, Heritage Park is a stone's throw away from the historic heart of St. Augustine, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and historic sites.
